Positive Spaces provides flexible office space for businesses across the Lothians and Fife. We offer practical, affordable places to work, with the freedom for every business to make the space their own.

We started with Macmerry Business Park and the Cockenzie Hub in East Lothian, both versatile sites with a range of office sizes to suit different businesses and different stages of growth. Then came space in Kirkton Campus in Livingston.

All our tenants enjoy affordable rent, car parking on site and great transport links, taking some of the hassle out of finding and running an office.

But Positive Spaces is about more than four walls and a desk. We want to create places where businesses can put down roots, get on with doing what they do best and have the space to grow.

And we’re just getting started. With more locations coming soon, our aim is to create a growing network of Positive Spaces for businesses right across Scotland.
